What are the features of my I
WILL PASS! software?
For most courses, your
I WILL PASS! software system offers computer-based Orientation
and Test Tip guides, exams by assignment (Reinforcers) as
well as comprehensive exams (Achievers). The computer
based system may also provide Educational Objectives in printable
or computer-based format, vocabulary with vocabulary drills,
a calculator and a historical summary of your exam scores. The
program is available for most courses now.
I want a printed version of my
Educational Objectives. Is this available?
Yes. When you select
the EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES for a specific assignment, the
Educational Objectives text will open onto your screen. A
PRINT option will reside on your screen. Choosing the
PRINT option will allow you to review a paper-based version
of the Educational Objectives.
Am I able to study two courses
at one time using my I WILL PASS! software?
No. Only One I WILL PASS CD
may be installed on your hard drive at one time.
When I complete my course, how
do I install my I WILL PASS! software for my next course?
You must delete your
previous I WILL PASS program prior to installing your new CD.
I lost my installation instructions. How
can I get a new copy?

and select the appropriate installation method.
I am having trouble installing
my I WILL PASS! program software. Is there anyway
I can resolve this right now?
Without knowing the exact
installation problem, it is impossible to provide specific
instructions. Please review the following:
1. Look at your program
disks and verify you have the following:
I WILL PASS! Program CD
with Data or Booster
2. Review the installation
instructions. If you cannot locate your instructions, they
are available here in the Software Support Center. Click

Can I install my I WILL PASS!
software on more than one computer?
The most recent version
of your I WILL PASS! software allows you to install the data
for a particular course twice!
I lost my I
WILL PASS CD. What are my options?
You may receive
new CDs. Insurance Achievement will charge you for a
replacement fee of $15 plus shipping.
My I WILL PASS! program seemed
to install but I do not see it on the Start Programs
menu. How can I tell if my program installed?
Open "Windows Explorer" or "My
Computer" and navigate to "C:\ProgramFiles." If the
program installed, you will see a folder under the "ProgramFiles" folder
named "IWILLPASS." If this folder is not present, your
program DID NOT INSTALL. Repeat installation.
If you see this folder,
open the folder and browse for a file named "IWILLPASS" or "IWILLPASS.EXE." If
you see this file, attempt to open it by double clicking
directly on the file (alternatively you may simply click
once on the file and hit Enter):
1. If the program opens,
you have successfully installed the program. Proceed
to the installation of your data disk.
2. If the program does
not open, your installation did not finish. Delete
the "IWILLPASS" folder FROM THE "Program Files" folder.
IMPORTANT: DO
NOT DELETE the "ProgramFiles" folder! Repeat
installation.
Please explain how my I WILL PASS!
program scores the exams.
To understand the score report,
you must understand what a "session" is. A session begins
at the time you open I WILL PASS! and concludes when you close
or exit the I WILL PASS! program. Whatever you do between
opening the program and closing the program is part of a "session"
(do not confuse "session" with an "exam”. . . an exam is simply
one of the things you do while you are in a "session").
Looking at the Scores
screen, the green score "Current Session Totals" summarizes
results of all questions answered ONLY during the “current
session”. If you open the program and take exams, any
exam questions you answer will be added to only the green "Current
Session Totals" section.
When you close the program,
all “Current Session Total” scores reset to 0%, and the items
from that session are added to your "Cumulative Session Totals." The
blue "Cumulative Session Totals" score is cumulative for
all questions answered since the first exam taken with one
exception. . . your current session scores will not be included
until you close the program and reopen it.
You may allow scores to
continue to build or choose to “Reset Scores”. If your
scores disappeared, it is likely the Reset Scores function
was selected. Be careful when resetting scores. There
will be no way to restore the Cumulative Session Totals once
they are reset.
