More specifically speaking, runtime error alerts are intended to be used by web page developers. During the development process these warnings let the designer know something is incorrect on the web page and the designer can then correct (or debug as it is referred to in the trade) the problem. For most internet users this function of the browser should be disabled because even if there is a web page error, they cannot correct the problem, only the developer can change the web page.. |

For IE go to the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options”. When the options panel is displayed select the “Advanced” tab. On the list of “Settings” find the item labeled “Disable script debugging” (it should have a check mark next to it to be disabled) and then exit by using the “OK” button. |
