the role and duties of the claim representative. The topics
in AIC 33 are basic issues for all types of claims -- human
relations, listening, communication, negotiation, claims
management, the legal system and professionalism.

AIC 34 Workers’ Compensation and Managing Bodily Injury Claims

This course covers the workers’ compensation
system and how workers’ compensation benefits affect claim
settlements. Also, you will learn to evaluate the medical
aspects of injury claims.

AIC 35 Property Loss Adjusting

Completion of this course will enable the candidate to apply
first-party loss adjustment concepts to specific situations
and will assist in determining the rights and duties of
insurers and policyholders in the investigation and adjustment

AIC 36 explores issues in liability claims. Relevant legal
