Betty Brumfield
Director, Operations
Betty has been a staff member with Insurance Achievement since July 1986. She
currently serves as
Director, Operations. Betty graduated
in December 1983 from Louisiana
State University
with a degree in
Business Communication and Office Systems. Betty's responsibilities are
office management, following up with candidates in their designation pursuit
and management reporting.
Jo Ann Carrigan
Director, Candidate Services
Jo Ann has been responsible for the Insurance Achievement Candidate Services
department since 1988.
She and her staff handle all aspects of service to Insurance Achievement
candidates pursuing their national designations. Jo Ann is a 1983
graduate of Louisiana
State University
and is a licensed minister.
Wanda Merring
Registrar
Wanda joined the Insurance Achievement staff in 1987 as a Candidate Services
Counselor. In 2001 she was
promoted to the position of Registrar. Wanda's responsibilities are payment
processing, collections, record
keeping, report processing, accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
Kristy Hymel
Marketing Specialist
Kristy joined Insurance Achievement in June
2006. She is responsible for all
aspects of company marketing and oversees all communication with client company
contacts. Kristy received her Bachelor
of Science in Marketing from Louisiana
State University
in 2007.
